Tiger fans will be sporting their blue this afternoon as they cheer on the varsity boys in their championship match against Lockwood this afternoon at 2:00.
As always the RHHS Cheer Squad will be cheering from the sidelines. They also honored McCrae and Zeke with “spirit sticks” for their assistance from the stands this season. Nurse Margie Heuser has amassed quite a collection of lost and found items from around the school. Take a look at the photos and see if you recognize anything and if you do, she would appreciate it if you would come and take it off her hands.
Mrs. Gayman reported today that she had a few more students hitting point goals. Dillon and Lanie have hit 250 points and Carter and Wyatt have hit the 100 point mark. Way to go 2nd graders!
The FFA organization has been participating in numerous activities for FFA week the last several days. Over the past week they traveled to Kansas City for a day of fun concluding with a tractor pull at Kemper Arena. Members have dressed like Mr. Gillis, like their favorite farmer and drove a tractor to school. Today district teachers were treated to a hamburger and cheesy potatoes or chips at noon; provided by the FFA chapter.
Teachers say, “thank you very much!”
