The Lady Tiger traveled to Osceola last night for a clash in the WEMO conference. Both teams came out ready to play but the Lady Indians took an early first quarter lead at 19-14. The second quarter the wheels seem to fall off of the Lady Tigers with numerous turnovers leading to missed scoring opportunities and leading to easy buckets for their opponents and at the half it was RIch Hill 25 Osceola 42. The second half troubles continued with more turnovers and a lack of rebounding . The Lady Tigers could never seem to get things going and fell to the Lady Indians 56-38.
Their conference record stands at 4-2 and 17-7 overall. They will next meet the Adrian Blackhawks on Friday night for the final regular season game of the year. It will also be senior night in which they will honor their two senior, Allie Taylor and Robin Schapeler.
Next Monday night the Lady Tigers will play the Lady Vikings from Midway in the first round of District 13 action the game will be played at 6:00.

The varsity boys improved their season record to 24-0 last night with a 54-38 victory over the Osceola Indians. The win also improved their conference record to 6-0 on the season. Tuesday night proved to be one of the most physical games that the Tigers have played all season. While the the Tigers were out sized, they weren’t out played. Offensively the Tigers started off slow with a lot of missed opportunities from behind the 3 point line. After the 1st quarter the Tigers trailed. The defensive intensity for the Tigers improved in the second quarter due to great bench play from Kyle George and Alec Gray. The Tigers were also able to score a few more points in the quarter to gain a slim 24-19 lead at the half. After a few halftime adjustments, Rich Hill was able to extend their lead by scoring 16 point in the 3rd quarter compared to just 12 by the Indians. Good free throw shooting helped the Tigers extend their lead in the 4th quarter and get the victory.
