The Rich Hill Junior Varsity and Varsity teams played their final games of the regular season last night against the Hume Hornets. The junior varsity was able to walk away with a win in two games over the Hornets.
Prior to the beginning of the varsity game the senior girls and their parents were recognized.
After a slow start in the first game of the varsity match the girls came back from a deficit and battled the Hornets point for point but were not able to get the win followed by another disappointing loss in the second game of the night. District play begins on Monday evening at Osceola. Rich Hill will play Lakeland at 6:15 in the first round.
Tiger fan Daryl Fisher was recognized between the two games for his support of Rich Hill Tiger Volleyball. Mr. Fisher is the grandfather of Kylann Tourtillott and does not miss a game.
