Merry “Christmas” Assembly

The RHHS Student Council hosted their annual Christmas Assembly this morning.  Students provided acts for the Talent Show and donated dollars to be entered into the prize giveaway.  All the money raised goes to help with groceries for a Rich Hill family.

There were many funny and musical acts but at the end junior Kassi Austin took first place with a song she both wrote and performed.  Senior Shonasea Cowhick took 2nd place with her acapella vocal.  Many thanks to the RHHS Student Council and the performers.

And because Christmas vacation starts now instead of taking the time to edit here are all the photos and videos from today’s assembly.  Merry Christmas Tigers!

At tomorrow night’s basketball game there will be several activities……including basketball.  Varsity girls will start the night at 5:30 pm followed by the varsity boys.  This game will also be the “Silent Night”.  Come decked out in your Christmas finery and keep silent until the 10th point is on the board.

Project prom parents will be selling candy during the game as part of a fundraiser for project prom.
