The elementary students shared some of their musical abilities with family and friends this morning.
The Tigers played their last game before Christmas vacation at home against Bronaugh yesterday evening. Their fans were decked out in their Christmas gear for “Silent Night”, “Project Prom” parents sold lots of Christmas Candy, the cheer team showed off their skills with an awesome halftime routine, and both the girls and the boys gifted their fans with a win.
The annual Student Christmas Assembly is tomorrow and like always a dollar or two will enter you to win prizes. The money collected goes to help a family in need in the Rich Hill community.
The Rich Hill junior high girls finished their season with a medal last night. The girls took 3rd place with a victory over Lakeland yesterday evening.
The Rich Hill band program adopted a family for Christmas. They brought in over 50 presents for the family and completely stuffed Miss Klinksick’s car! This is what Christmas is all about. Great job band!
At tomorrow night’s basketball game there will be several activities……including basketball. Varsity girls will start the night at 5:30 pm followed by the varsity boys. This game will also be the “Silent Night”. Come decked out in your Christmas finery and keep silent until the 10th point is on the board.
Project prom parents will be selling candy during the game as part of a fundraiser for project prom.
The Rich Hill Chapter of the National Honor Society has teamed up with the Mid-America Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to raise money and awareness.
All proceeds go to help beat childhood blood cancer. By partnering with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the National Honor Society will help fight against blood cancers and fund research and care for patients.
