The JV Boys Tigers returned to the court after a week lay-off but came ready to play their opponents the Lockwood Tigers. The JV had come in with much more confidence and a large desire to erase the last loss from their memories. As the game started the boys played with much more energy and purpose. Lockwood came out with an early press which bothered the team but after making a few adjustments the boys found themselves right in the game and the end of one quarter, Lockwood led 13-12. The second quarter the boys found more of a rhythm and were able to take a four-point lead at one point in
the quarter but found Lockwood making a comeback and tying the score and then taking the lead. As the last minute of the quarter came the Rich Hill boys found themselves down by two and Lockwood bringing the ball down and scoring quickly to add to their lead. In last effort to get the ball down the court Tigers turned the ball over and as the buzzer sound Lockwood threw up one last shot to win the game 29-23. The Rich Hill boys played much better than their first game and showed that as they keep improving the wins will come. On this night rebounding hurt the team but the effort was there.
The JV boys were led in scoring by Bryce Yohe with nine, followed by Lucas Harwood and Dillion Tourtillot with four each and Parker Collins and Blake Laning chipped in three each.
